  • 1. Complete the NEW CLIENT form online with your desired days/times to schedule your first session. We will respond w/i 24hrs to confirm appts via email/text.

    2. Payments by cash/check/cc are accepted at your 1st appointment. Note: +3% processing fee applies to all cc payments. Make cc payments online by selecting the desired session / package / item (via Square checkout links) on our RATES page.

    Thereafter, all payments must be made in advance / at time of scheduling. (Rates/Packages are based on per person.)

  • Signing up for a single session can be a great way to see if it’s the right fit for all, where we can also address any questions re: our approach to your individual needs / goals.

    Schedule your first single session (60-75mins) by completing our NEW CLIENT form. Your single session purchase can be applied to a 6 | 12 | 20 value pack if you decide to continue within 7 days.

    Whether you’re a new / seasoned student, we welcome you to experience our approach to M|B|F within your first session. With collaboration, we can better explore the many ways in which to improve your fitness and wellness needs. Our objective is to facilitate a greater connection to one’s body through guided movements / exercises that cultivate an intelligent, empowered body (and less an equipment-dependent body).

  • We recommend working with a certified trainer a minimum of 2 – 3x per week for a steady guided progression / maintenance.

    In addition, we recommend applying principles learned to your daily activities/home practice/outdoor recreation.

  • 3-Month Subscription | Packages were created to provide value options for individuals interested in maintaining a regularly scheduled practice.

    All packages expire 3 months from date of the first applied session. Renew packages upon completion or by exp date.

    Recommended minimum sessions per wk:

    20 Pk | 3+ sessions a week

    12 Pk | 2 sessions a week

    6 Pk | 1 session a week

  • We take it personally. Our personal training studio currently offers SOLO [1:1] and DUO [2:1] sessions.

    DUO is not recommended for individuals with chronic pain. In which case, SOLO sessions are highly advised to best support individual needs and personal progress.

    DUO Considerations:

    • Each new client (novice/experienced) is recommended to take a minimum of 3 Private sessions (of which a 6Pk SOLO can be shared as a one-time offer between couples/family/friends).

    • Choose a friend/family member/partner with similar fitness level to coordinate your availability with and provide us with days/times to schedule (the studio does not pair partners for DUO sessions).

    • 1st session | 60-75min

    • SOLO | 55min

    • DUO | 55min

  • Our method is intended to work the body as one whole (cooperative) system that works synergistically with one another (parts) to minimize wear and tear on joints. High repetitions to target a particular “part” of the body can lead to greater imbalances / injuries over time. However, dedication and commitment to the whole-istic approach / lifestyle can elicit profound results, including an overall stronger, lengthened, balanced body while countering the degenerative wear and tear on our soft tissue and joints.
